26th Annual Golf Tournament "Fun-Raiser"

Join us for the 26th Annual CPCU Society of Central Florida Golf Tournament "Fun-Raiser".  This event will be on Friday, August 30, 2019 with an 8:30am SHOTGUN START at the North Shore Golf Club.  The format for this event will be a four-person scramble. 

 

FEE:                 $150 Per Players – IF PAID BEFORE 7/19/19, FEE IS REDUCED TO $135.

                        $250 For Two Players – IF PAID BEFORE 7/19/19, FEE IS REDUCED TO $225.

                        $450 For Four Players – IF PAID BEFORE 7/19/19, FEE IS REDUCED TO $400.

                        (Includes green fees, golf cart, beverage cart, buffet lunch, awards and door prizes)

FORMAT:        Four person scramble.

 

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT REGISTRATION & PAYMENT: Payment can be made via check or credit card. Completed registration forms should be sent to Doug Gomber @ 405 Misty Meadow Dr; Ocoee,FL  34761. If paying via check, please make check payable to Central Florida CPCU Society and include with your registration form. DEADLINE:   PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE TO RECEIVE THE EARLY SIGNUP DISCOUNT.

The field is limited to 144 golfers so register today to guarantee a spot!  The registration form is located under "Materials"
